Start by understanding what is the message behind your anxiety.
Welcome and listen to your anxiety rather then fearing it. Fear will just amplify your symptoms.
Use the remote control exercise to gain a sense of control over your anxiety. Switch from the anxiety channel to a place where you feel anchored and safe. Use visual, sensory, auditory details to build that channel of safeness and security.
Train to switch from one channel to another so that this becomes easier and easier for you.
